Article 1 (Rank points are not money)
- THE GAME OF GOD is not a service where money or goods are on the line. Rank points, season tiers and rank tickets are used only inside the game; they cannot be exchanged for cash, gift certificates or other items, and match results give no prizes.
- Rank points and tickets cannot be bought with money, and cannot be given, transferred or sold to other users. There is no way to buy them with money, convert them into cash or goods, or pass them to another account. Top-ranked users may be offered an interview or an offline match, but no appearance fee, prize or goods are given.
Article 2 (No random-chance products)
- We do not sell random-chance products such as gacha, loot boxes or draws. Every product is shown with its contents and price fixed before purchase, and what you get is never decided at random by payment. A subscription only widens what you can do (ranked matches per day, creating rooms with friends, replays).
- In some games the server randomly decides the starting assignment (colour resource values, team makeup and so on) when a match starts, but it applies the same rules to every participant, has nothing to do with payment, and is published in each game's rules document.
Article 3 (Only adults can pay)
- All paid purchases, including subscriptions, are for adults only and open only after passing the steps required in your country: date-of-birth check, store age signal or identity verification. If you say you are a minor or the check fails, payment stays closed.
- Users in Korea must pass identity verification right after sign-up to use ranked and matches with other users, and users under 19 by Korean year-age cannot use them. Practice matches against bots and the tutorial can be used without verification.
Article 4 (Daily limits)
- The number of ranked matches per day is limited by tier. The limit resets at midnight Korea time, and after it is used up, rank tickets earned by check-in are used. The server enforces this and ignores values sent from the screen.
- Higher levels open once conditions such as the number of ranked matches and account age are met. A Standard match can always be played, even when points run low.
Article 5 (Take a break)
- If the Service stays open on your screen for 60 minutes in a row, we show a reminder to take a break. The reminder is calculated on this device only and is not recorded on the server.
- We recommend setting your own time limit and keeping to it. Do not push on to win points back.
Article 6 (When you need help)
- If you want to stop using the Service or limit your ranked play, tell customer support together with your account information.
- Young people can talk to the Youth Counselling line 1388 (no area code) in Korea.
